SPECTRAL 60 system is intended for projects requiring thermal insulation for exterior building elements, such as all types of windows, doors and entrance enclosures, showcases. The system profiles have a 3-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window sections is 60 mm for frames and 69 mm for sashes, and for doors - 60 mm and 60 mm respectively. The surface of these sections lie as one surface. These chosen depths of sash and frame sections give a smooth flat effect from the exterior side after closing, in the case of windows, and a surface facing of the leafs and frames in the case of doors.

The tightness of SPECTRAL 60 system is guaranteed thanks to the use of thermal breaks and suitable gaskets. The thermal breaks are made of polyamide enhanced with glass fiber. The system guarantees also good acoustic insulation. The value of the Rw coefficient depends on the glass used and on the type of a window or a door. The tightness is ensured thanks to the use of special gaskets made of EPDM synthetic rubber, which guarantees the age-resistance during long-term exploitation.

The profiled gaskets and the central gasket are cut at the angle of 45 degrees and are glued in the corners. The ventilation and draining openings from the inside are covered with caps made of plastics.

The system allows for using sets of glass panels being from 16 mm to 41 mm thick . Such wide range of infill thickness guarantees the usage of all typical glass panels. The build of SPECTRAL 60 system allows typical, according to European standards, hardware, locks and hinges to be mounted , thanks to which we are able to realize varied wishes of our customers without the change of the basic construction.

The profile joining is done with minimum work , using the supplied aluminum joints and additional accessories.

The corner joining of L- type is made by cutting the profile ends of frames or sashes at the angle of 45 degrees and then, bending and gluing them with the help of two-ingredient glue for aluminum corners inserted into the inner chambers of the profiles.

The horizontal joining of T- type is made by twisting the breaks with inserted joints and by using a glue. The usage of a glue guarantees the rigidity and tightness of the joining.

SPECTRAL 60 system has the Technical Approval ITB for windows and balcony doors (AT-15-3389/98).
